A semester abroad at one of the many DIT partner universities is very popular with our tourism students. English and Spanish are also integrated into the timetable as important foreign languages. The tourism industry is the future industry of the 21st century. In Germany alone, it generates around 3 million jobs. The range of professional applications is more diverse than in any other sector. It ranges from management positions with classic service providers, such as airlines, airports, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, travel agents and destinations to trade fairs and congresses, health resorts and spas, event management and modern reservation systems.
The chances of getting an adequate job after successfully completing your studies are very good. The graduates of the study emphasis tourism management offered so far hold management positions with renowned employers such as Condor, Seetours, Hilton, Accor, Frankfurt airport as well as local tourism organizations and/or - enterprises. The job offer increases continuously by the increasing Akademisierung of the routistic job market.
