  • Successful completion of a relevant Bachelor's degree program (Business Psychology or comparable)
  • Proof of course-specific aptitude as part of a written examination; exception possible with a grade point average of at least 2.5

Course Structure

The Master's degree course in Digital Business Psychology is designed as a full-time course and comprises three semesters. The modules consist of extensive methodological knowledge and in-depth fields in the disciplines of business administration, digitalisation and psychology as well as the topics of megatrends, sustainability and legal requirements.

The Master's degree program follows a unique teaching concept that uses modern methods to combine scientifically sound psychological expertise with a digital understanding of business. The practical training focuses on the topics of innovation, digital transformation and current psychological perspectives on digital work and digital interaction.

Beyond the lecture halls and laboratories, it is already possible to actively participate in various networks with students, lecturers and cooperating partners in the region and beyond during the Digital Business Psychology degree program and to benefit from them in the long term.
