Why come to university just to study? We want to show you that university life is about so much more! On Friday, July 3, 2026, we’re bringing a genuine festival vibe right to the doorsteps of the lecture halls at the Deggendorf campus, running from 1:00 PM until midnight.
Whether you’re a student, an international student, Alumni, a school student, or just an outside festival fan—everyone is welcome! Forget the curriculum for a day and join us in celebrating community and new connections. Organized by students as part of a university certificate program from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Media Technology, we are transforming the campus into a vibrant festival zone featuring a diverse range of areas.
Of course, you don’t have to walk! Arrangements for the shuttle buses are already in full swing so that you can join in the celebrations without any hassle. You can find more detailed information in the app.

ENGIE in Germany
In Germany, we plan, build, operate, and market onshore wind, photovoltaic, and hydroelectric power plants, as well as pumped-storage and battery storage facilities. We support industrial clients, municipalities, and the housing sector in achieving their sustainability goals by optimizing consumption and implementing and operating highly efficient building and energy systems. Through concepts for climate-friendly heating, mobility, and digitalization, we assist in the development of future-proof urban districts. We trade electricity and gas, supply energy to end customers, offer interdisciplinary engineering solutions across the energy, water, and infrastructure sectors, and—through our sister company Storengy—rank among the leading storage operators in Germany.

As one of Germany’s largest providers of technical building services, we have mastered every discipline related to building technology. Drawing on around 140 years of experience in the German market, ENGIE Deutschland handles everything from HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and refrigeration technology to measurement, control, and regulation systems, building automation, electrical engineering, fire protection, security systems, and secure power supply.
